Purpose of processing personal data:

The main purpose of data processing is to provide our website and its content and to fulfil your requests.

In order to ensure the functionality of the website and for statistical purposes, technical data with potential personal reference, such as the IP address, the time of requests, the name of the domain and similar data are processed. In addition, the website operator has a legitimate interest (Art. 6f GDPR) in offering you a visually appealing website and a pleasant user experience. If consent has been given (Art. 6a GDPR), user behaviour can also be analysed and marketing purposes pursued.

Furthermore, personal data is processed in order to offer you various services:

Contact form

You can contact the company using the contact form. For this purpose, the personal data entered by the website visitor (name, telephone number, e-mail address, information about the property) is processed in order to answer the enquiry. When the form is sent, the time and date of sending and the IP address are also saved and deleted as soon as the purpose has expired.

The legal basis is your voluntarily given consent (Art. 6 1a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in offering you the contact form so that you can contact us easily (Art. 6 1f) GDPR.

Legal basis for data processing

The main legal bases for processing are Art. 6b) GDPR (fulfilment of pre/contractual measures) and Art. 6f) GDPR (functionality of the website) as well as the consent obtained, if given by you (Art. 6a GDPR).

We process your personal data on the basis of:

Your data will not be transferred to other EU countries without your explicit consent. The same applies to the use of profiling and automated decision-making.
